We recently concluded our fourth Innovation Hackathon with incredible success and widespread employee participation. It served as a powerful team-building event, highlighting our firm commitment to fostering business innovation, agility, and collaboration among our multidisciplinary teams. By focusing on AI + ML projects, we aimed to accelerate innovation and have been thrilled by the enthusiastic response from our talented employees.

Over the course of two days at Talent Garden Barcelona, we witnessed more than 70 employees from diverse departments coming together to make a difference. Out of 26 outstanding proposals, we selected 8 exceptional projects to embark on. To fully dedicate ourselves to the challenges at hand, we implemented a Code Freeze, temporarily pausing ongoing projects and allowing our programmers to unleash their creativity.

We are proud to announce that the winning project, AppWizard, truly impressed us with its innovative use of AI technology. Powered by OpenAI, AppWizard empowers mobile app developers by streamlining the launch process and reducing time and costs associated with assets like screenshots, texts, and keywords. With 90% of app developers worldwide being small businesses facing resource constraints, AppWizard addresses a critical need in the market.
